Emma is head of Beauchamps’ Litigation & Dispute Resolution team with considerable experience of contractual and commercial dispute resolution, acting for both major financial institutions as well as State bodies, with considerable expertise in professional negligence claims and advises insurers and commercial clients in this area. She is also an expert in the area of legal project management and works with financial institutions on large-scale litigation and investigative regulatory projects. In 2019, Emma was the sole Irish winner of the Client Choice award for litigation and dispute resolution.
