Grace is a partner in Beauchamps' Medical Negligence and Personal Injury team. Grace specialises in the area of medical and dental negligence. Grace has secured settlements and judgments at extremely high levels in clinical negligence and catastrophic injuries cases. She has particular experience and has acted for claimants in cases involving cerebral palsy, delayed diagnosis of cancer, wrongful death, birth injuries, dental negligence, surgical misadventure and catastrophic injuries. Grace has successfully concluded many cases where liability was strongly in dispute. She has vast experience in the court process and the tactical awareness required. In recent times, Grace has successfully employed the mediation process in order to bring to a conclusion a number of complex multi-party cases, involving difficult issues of causation.
