Vincenzo specializes in intellectual property law and agri-food law, and for over 20 years has assisted national and international companies, mainly in the agri-food, biotech, and precision mechanics sectors.

In IP, Vincenzo is recognized for his expertise in the law of new plant varieties and the protection of breeders’ rights, a field in which, together with his team, he has handled significant litigation, advising multinational companies from California, the UK, and Chile. His experience also extends to commercial law and corporate contracts.
