We take seriously the need to diversify. Solutions to complex problems often require innovative approaches so a "diverse" team is most likely to provide the right assistance. We are strongly committed to the advancement of women attorneys and to achieving a male/female balance, thus approximately half the fee earners and staff are women.

Recruitment policies are based on objective and meritocratic criteria but the firm also looks to hire a varied mix of lawyers and staff from diverse backgrounds.
