Luca has over twenty years’ experience in intellectual property law, with a strong emphasis on high-stakes litigation. He regularly represents domestic and international clients in patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and trade secret disputes before Italian courts, the Unified Patent Court (UPC), and European jurisdictions. Luca is particularly renowned for his expertise in complex, multijurisdictional patent litigation across a broad spectrum of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, fashion, sports, electronics, food & beverages, and TMT.

In addition to his litigation practice, Luca provides strategic advise on the structuring, management, and exploitation of IP portfolios to maximize commercial value and protection. He is highly experienced in advising on IP-sensitive transactions and complex negotiations, helping clients leverage their IP assets in corporate deals and commercial agreements.
