Ellis works in the Corporate/M&A practice group and specialises in energy law. She advises Dutch and international clients on matters relating to sustainability, energy and industry. She guides clients on regulatory and supervisory matters, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and disputes. She keeps a close eye on the fast-moving technological and economic developments that continuously influence the legal landscape.
