Work highlights

Advising Eni on its L10 CCS project, which will be one of the largest carbon capture and storage projects in the Dutch part of the North Sea and will be connected to the Aramis CO₂ transport and storage system.
Advised Corre Energy on the establishment of a 50/50 joint venture cooperation with SemperPower for the realisation of a battery storage facility, located at the Zuidwending site in the Netherlands, and the subsequent sale of these JV shares to Vopak.
Acting for the major heat supply company Ennatuurlijk in various matters, including appeal proceedings before the Dutch court, the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court against two class action foundations claiming restitution for the alleged undue payment of a periodic connection fee over a 30-year period.
