Dr. Wolfgang Lipinski advises domestic and foreign companies of all industries on all matters of employment law. The core points of his more than 20 years of advising our clients include strategic, cost-optimized planning, pragmatic solution- and goal-oriented negotiation and implementation of complex restructuring and transformation projects „of all kinds“ under collective bargaining and works constitution law. Furthermore, a strong focus of our experienced expert is the creative and legally compliant design of remuneration and working time models.
