Alexander advises and represents clients in all matters of IP law, including on unfair competition, trademarks, design and copyright matters. He has also extensive expertise in IT law, particularly in connection with M&A transactions, transitional services and carve outs, drafting and negotiating complex IT agreements, issues in e-commerce and Internet law as well as IT-related litigation.

Alexander studied at the universities of Berlin and Cambridge (LL.M. 2004). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2007. Alexander is a certified information technology law attorney. He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR), the German Association for Law and Computer Science (DGRI) and the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw).
