Gleiss Lutz

Andreas heads firm's restructuring practice. He has been extensively active in this area for many years, and has acquired outstanding expertise in this field. His practice also includes advice on insolvency law as well as on M&A transactions and corporate law.

Andreas studied at the universities of Bonn, Tübingen and Aix-Marseille (Maître en Droit 1988). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2001. He is a member of the INSOL, the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association (ILA), the Working Group (ARGE) Insolvency Law and Restructuring of the German Bar Association (DAV) and its sub-group Europe, and the German-French Lawyers’ Association (DFJ).
