Gleiss Lutz

Marc advises on public commercial law, in particular on issues of administrative law, constitutional law, European law, public liability, energy, automotive & mobility and other regulated industries. Another focus of his advice is on product liability and product safety law, all aspects of product compliance including current developments such as connectivity, data protection and artificial intelligence as well as sustainability transformation. Another focus advising on supply chain and ESG/CSR compliance. He is Head of the Public Law Practice Group and Co-Head of the ESG Practice and the Automotive & Mobility Industry Group.

Marc studied at the universities of Würzburg and Cologne (Dr. iur. 2011). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2010. He is a member of the Society for Environmental Law (GfU), the German-Canadian Association (DKG) and of the German Bar Association’s Administrative Law Working Group (DAV). He is also a board member of the German branch of the International Nuclear Law Association (INLA). Regularly, he gives specialist lectures and is the author of numerous publications.
