Gleiss Lutz

Jochen is one of the leading M&A lawyers in Germany. He is co-head of Gleiss Lutz’ transaction practice and regularly advises national and international clients in connection with mergers & acquisitions as well as corporate and capital markets issues. Jochen has particular experience in cross-border transactions and complex carve-outs (including distressed M&A) as well as public takeovers. He is co-head of Gleiss Lutz’ Automotive & Mobility sector group and has extensive M&A experience in the automotive industry.

Jochen studied at the University of Tübingen. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010.
