Gleiss Lutz

Matthias has been working extensively in the field of restructuring for years. He has particular expertise in the areas of judicial and extrajudicial restructuring, insolvency law, StaRUG procedures, distressed M&A transactions and crisis-related corporate law. Matthias has particular expertise in cross border restructurings.

Matthias studied at the University of Tübingen. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2015. In 2008 he worked at a law firm in New York. He is member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV), the International Bar Association (IBA), INSOL Europe (IE) and TMA Deutschland.
