Gleiss Lutz

Christian advises national and international companies in large M&A-transactions. He has particular experience in public takeovers, private equity and cross-border transactions. He has worked for law firms in London, New York and Palo Alto.

Christian studied law in Grenoble, Tübingen and at the University of Chicago Law School (LL.M. 1998) and business administration at the University of Hagen (preliminary diploma). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2003. He has been the Head of M&A and Private Equity of Gleiss Lutz for many years and was the chairman of the partnership council (Senior Partner) of the firm from 2020 to 2023.
