Gleiss Lutz

Thomas heads the employment practice of Gleiss Lutz. He advises on labour and employment law. Thomas specialises in advising clients on employment law aspects of complex reorganisations and corporate transactions, (regulated) variable remuneration systems (including for management board members of listed companies, in particular), compliance investigations and codetermination issues on board level. He regularly negotiates with works councils and trade unions on complex projects.

Thomas studied at the universities of Heidelberg and Munich. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2009.
