Gleiss Lutz

Harald advises on all aspects of German and European competition law, including antitrust, private antitrust litigation, merger control, EU state aid law and Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR). His practice also includes advice on EU law. Harald is frequently representing clients before the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the EU.

Harald studied at the universities of Munich and Paris (German National Academic Foundation Scholarship). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2013. Harald has been admitted as Rechtsanwalt (lawyer) at the Bar of Munich (Germany) and is also registered as European lawyer (avocat communautaire) at the Barreau de Bruxelles (Liste E). Harald is member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht and member of the advisory board of the Berliner Gesprächskreis zum Europäischen Beihilfenrecht.
