Gleiss Lutz

Eva specialises on corporate financings including acquisition financings and infrastructure financings. Further, her specialty lies in the structuring of complex financings on the lenders' and borrower's side including complex restructurings. She is a member of the drafting commission of the Loan Market Association (LMA) for Germany as regards credit agreements and Schuldscheindarlehen.

Eva studied at the University of Munich. She has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2015. She previously worked, from 1992 to 2015 for an international law firm. She is a member of the drafting commission for Germany as regards credit agreements and Schuldscheindarlehen of the Loan Market Association (LMA).
