Ulrich Denzel

Ulrich regularly advises domestic and international clients on German and European antitrust/competition law. He specialises in handling merger control proceedings, defending companies accused of cartel activities and representing clients in connection with claims for damages under civil law.

Petra Linsmeier

Petra is Head of Gleiss Lutz' antitrust practice. She regularly advises national and international clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law, i.e. cartels, mergers and dominance issues. She focuses among others on the consumer goods industry and the sector’s competition law topics, such as potential vertical restrictions, selective distribution and platform bans. Petra also regularly advises on compliance issues and internal investigations.

Ulrich Soltesz

Ulrich is based for nearly 30 years in our Brussels office. He advises on European antitrust and state aid law, as well as on merger control, FSR and general European law. His clients include German and foreign companies as well as public bodies, which he represents before the European Commission and national competition authorities. Ulrich has litigated more than 70 cases before the Courts of the European Union.

Christian Steinle

Christian has considerable experience in European and international antitrust law. He focuses on cartel cases as well as private antitrust litigation, merger control, online and distribution antitrust law, antitrust compliance programme and internal investigations.

Christian Von Köckritz

Christian advises on European and German antitrust and merger control law, EU-state aid law, as well as other areas of EU law. He represents German and international companies in proceedings before the European Commission, the Federal Cartel Office, as well as before the German and European Courts.

Harald Weiß

Harald advises on all aspects of German and European competition law, including antitrust, private antitrust litigation, merger control, EU state aid law and Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR). His practice also includes advice on EU law. Harald is frequently representing clients before the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the EU.
