Beppe Degiorgio is a member of Ganado Advocates’ capital markets practice, where he assists clients in navigating the intricacies of finance on both domestic and international fronts. He often advises on listings, both local and foreign, public offers, roll-overs, and private placements. Beppe also regularly advises listed entities on their ongoing obligations, maintaining regular communication with the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) on their behalf.

One of Beppe’s main areas of interest is the Market Abuse Regulation and market abuse, generally. In fact, Beppe frequently advises issuers and investment firms on their regulatory responsibilities and is often invited to share his insights through speaking engagements and lectures on this subject.

Beppe also assists clients with M&A and financing transactions. In addition, Beppe regularly advises on securitisation and structured finance transactions.
