Regulatory issues, especially politically sensitive matters and enforcement disputes, form part of his vast experience, and he has worked for major national and international private companies and vital state-owned entities. Jasper handles the litigation side of matters when necessary, and is known for being effective and driven, and never losing sight of client interests. He is also an excellent negotiator and knows how to deal with regulators. Jasper regularly advises clients on compliance matters, including export control and economic sanctions regulations, as well as foreign direct investment control.
