Frank specialises in complex public and private M&A transactions. He has acted for several listed companies, large multinationals and private equity funds on M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance and listing rules. A substantial part of his practice involves cross-border transactions, advising clients on their transactions outside of the Netherlands.

Aside from transaction focused matters, Frank regularly advises listed companies on shareholder activism and response situations, including hostile takeover bids.

Prior to joining the M&A team, he worked as a senior associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation practice.
