Martin focuses especially on employment issues in M&A transactions and insolvency restructuring (e.g. due diligence, consulting on structural changes and the transfer of employees or employees’ mass dismissal). He provides his clients, both national and international, with complex advisory on employment matters requiring in-depth knowledge of all aspect of employment law, in a variety of industries. Martin has also broad knowledge of data protection in labour law relationships. His other areas of expertise include, compliance as well as banking & finance.
