Oliver is a recognised expert in crypto-assets law and advises in particular on issues related to FinTechs. His clients include numerous well-known domestsic and foreign companies and banks.
Oliver is co-publisher and author of Austria's best-selling legal handbook 'Blockchain rules' which was published in second edition in 2024. He is also a co-publisher and author of the go-to commentary on the EU Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation. Since 2018, Oliver is a lecturer on crypto asset law at the University of Vienna.
