Philipp joined CERHA HEMPEL in 2019 and has been making waves ever since. As of March 2023, he’s a Senior Associate – backed by top-tier experience at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition (DG COMP) in Brussels, where he honed his skills at the heart of EU competition enforcement. From cartel battles to complex multi-jurisdictional mergers, Philipp is deep in the action. He’s been a driving force behind headline cases behind headline cases, prepresenting clients in cartel proceedings, wile also advising major players on high stakes merger control filings.

In addition, Philipp plays a central role in CERHA HEMPEL’s cartel litigation and private enforcement practice.
