Nadine Leitner is an  M&A, Corporate, VC and PE lawyer. As Partner at CERHA HEMPEL since 2022, she plays a pivotal role in the firm’s renowned Takeovers and Antitrust team, led by Managing Partner Albert Birkner.

Nadine’s practice focuses on M&A (public and private), cross-border mergers and demergers, corporate structuring, venture capital and private equity transactions. She is recognised for her expertise in cross-border restructurings. Notably, she successfully advised on one of the first cross-border mergers under Austria’s new implementation of the EU Mobility Directive.
