Associate
George is an associate with the Firm and a member of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team.
He assists in private equity and capital markets transactions, including deals involving listed corporates drafting documentation, advising on regulatory and corporate governance issues and participating in due diligence exercises. He started his career as a trainee at Bernitsas Law before obtaining an LL.M. in the United States.

He is admitted to the Athens Bar (2024) Association and passed the New York Bar Exam in July 2025 (admission pending).
