Associate

Sotiris is an associate with the Firm and a member of the Corporate and M&A team.

Sotiris advises on corporate law issues, including corporate governance and merger and acquisitions transactions. He drafts commercial agreements and corporate documentation and participates in due diligence reviews. He joined the Firm as a trainee and has experience working with the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team.

He is admitted to the Athens Bar (2025).

Sotiris holds a Degree in Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is currently obtaining an LLM in Corporate Law and Finance from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
