Associate

Anastasia is an associate with the Firm and a member of the Corporate and M&A team, which she joined in 2025.

She advises domestic and international clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law matters, focusing on transactional work, regulatory compliance and due diligence across various industry sectors, particularly within the life sciences and healthcare sector. Her practice involves providing ongoing legal support to clients on issues arising from their day-to-day operations.

She is admitted to the Athens Bar (2021).

Greek, English and German

Anastasia holds a Degree in Law and an LLM in Commercial Law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as an LLM in European and Comparative Business Law from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
