She advises clients on issues arising in their day-to-day business, corporate governance and compliance requirements. Penny assists in the establishment, structuring and dissolution of corporate entities and in drafting corporate and commercial agreements. Penny also advises on M&A transactions, including in the insurance sector and offers advice to insurance companies and insurance intermediaries on their daily operations. She joined the Firm as a trainee and has experience working with the Litigation, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution team.

Penny is admitted to the Athens Bar (2024).

Penny holds a Degree in Law and an LLM in Private Law and Business Transactions from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
