Pernille Skovgaard Møller advises on all aspects of competition law and is highly experienced in the implementation of competition law compliance programmes and leniency processes. Pernille represents numerous clients in competition law cases before the Danish competition authorities and the courts. In this connection, Pernille particularly handles actions in damages resulting from breach of competition rules.

Pernille has extensive experience assisting commercial enterprises on dawn raids as well as drafting and reviewing all types of agreements and contracts involving competition law aspects.

In the area of procurement law, Pernille has great insight into and understanding of the preparation and implementation of tender procedures as well as the subsequent enforcement of procurement tender rules, advising clients on tender procedures.

Moreover, Pernille is a member of the steering group of Young Competition Law Professionals, a subdivision of the Danish Competition Law Society.
