Transfer Pricing Specialist

Johnny is a transfer pricing expert and a part of Bech-Bruun's tax department. He is a renowned specialist in transfer pricing controversies and has been involved in some of the largest and most complex transfer pricing audits, legal proceedings and MAP cases in Denmark.

Johnny has extensive experience and brings valuable perspectives from his participation in the tax authorities' transfer pricing investigations, competent authority functions, MAP & BAPA as well as internal tax consultancy services and, most recently, his more than ten years of experience as a transfer pricing adviser in one of "The Big Four".

Johnny thus has considerable experience from a wide range of industries, including the pharmaceutical, food production, transport & logistics, oil & gas, technology/telecoms industries and FMCG.

Since 2016, Johnny has been included in the International Tax Review's "Tax Controversy Leaders guide".

Johnny is also a course coordinator and teaches CBS's masters courses in tax, specialising in transfer pricing.
