PDGB’s competition practice was created through the hire of new practice head Virginie Coursière-Pluntz from CMS Francis Lefebvre in September 2021. Since Coursière-Pluntz’s arrival, the firm has taken on antitrust litigation and merger control matters, which often have a cross-border element.
