Managing associate

Ânia is a managing associate in the Corporate M&A practice who principally advises clients from the infrastructure, aviation and technology sectors. With almost 12 year's experience, she has worked on M&A transactions in different business sectors and advises clients on corporate law matters.

Before joining PLMJ, Ânia worked in the legal department of the Novo Banco where she focused on corporate finance. She was also a lawyer at Linklaters in Lisbon.
