- A man convicted of first-degree murder in Macomb County, Mich., on June 2, is asserting that Facebook comments by two jurors prevented him from receiving a fair trial. The jury foreman discussed the possible penalty in general terms before deliberations began, and another juror made general comments about the case; the prosecutor says the remarks were innocuous.
