There were several developments in competition law in weeks 31 and 32. The "Besluit instelling Adviescommissie bezwaarschriften ACM" (Decision setting up an ACM Objections Advisory Committee) was repealed. In addition, an overview is provided of the press releases, decisions, consultation documents and other information that the Dutch and European authorities have published since the last edition of In Context. The European Commission is currently consulting on the functioning of the Insurance Block Exemption. We conclude with an overview of recent rulings and the most important literature published in weeks 31 and 32.
