The intellectual property and information technology team at Pérez-Llorca takes a multidisciplinary approach to assist major multinational corporates on a diverse array of copyright issues across the practice area. Such matters include image rights, trade secrets, software development agreements, distribution agreement negotiations, rights acquisition, and analysis of potential liability and regulatory compliance.
