  • Advised LV Group as the buyer by way of share sale, of a company that owns a newly developed care home in the Isle of Man.
  • Advised Barclays as the lender in connection with a re-financing to an Isle of Man incorporated borrower in the sum of £12.5m. The loan was secured over four major commercial property premises in the Isle of Man.
  • Advised Investec Bank as the lender in connection with a loan to Y2K Investments Limited in the sum of £2.25m which was secured against a large commercial premises which is leased to the Co-Operative Group.
