La Ode Alifatha as defendants in a tort claim brought by PT Asuransi FPG Indonesia before the Appeal Court and Supreme Court by way of subrogation from PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper, whose jetty and equipment were allegedly damaged by a vessel owned by Temas and commanded by Capt.
