Paris, le 26 janvier 2026 Le Groupe Pandora, spécialiste de la transformation digitale des entreprises et des collectivités, annonce l’adossement de Group-Solutions. Ce rapprochement stratégique marque une nouvelle étape dans la trajectoire de croissance du Groupe Pandora, en consolidant son implantation territoriale dans le nord de la France, et en renforçant son positionnement sur le marché des services IT, informatique et télécom. Fondé sur une complémentarité évidente des expertises, des outils et des valeurs humaines, cet adossement dessine les contours d’un groupe IT incontournable, capable de peser durablement dans le paysage numérique français. Avec cet adossement, le Groupe Pandora franchit un cap et affirme clairement ses ambitions. Le nouvel ensemble représente désormais près de 365 collaborateurs, s’appuie sur plus de 40 ans d’expertise, accompagne plus de 20 000 clients et vise une trajectoire de croissance soutenue. Sur les trois prochaines années, le groupe se fixe un objectif clair : atteindre 100 millions d’euros de chiffre d’affaires, tout en poursuivant une politique active de recrutement, avec l’intégration d’une cinquantaine de nouveaux talents. Dans un marché IT en pleine recomposition, le Groupe Pandora entend s’imposer comme un acteur structurant, capable de conjuguer croissance, proximité territoriale et responsabilité humaine. Eversheds Sutherland welcomes Partner-led duo to its global commercial advisory offering

8 May, 2025 Eversheds Sutherland has bolstered its global commercial advisory offering with the appointment of Partner Caroline Lyannaz. Caroline arrives from law firm White & Case along with her colleague Camille Lehuby, a Senior Associate. Both join Eversheds Sutherland’s Paris-based IP/IT & Privacy capability.   Caroline has extensive experience in intellectual property law, personal data, digital platforms, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. She regularly advises international corporations in the technology and consumer goods sectors and has a notable understanding of key European regulatory frameworks including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Digital Services Act (DSA), and the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act.   Registered with the Paris Bar since 2012, Caroline is certified by the National Council of Bar Associations in Intellectual Property, and by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as an Information Privacy Professional / Europe (CIPP/E). She also lectures at Panthéon-Assas University Paris 2 and Aix-Marseille University in the fields of digital law and personal data law.   Caroline will engage in both advisory and litigation roles, primarily assisting international conglomerates, especially those in the technology sector, with their intricate and cross-border legal challenges.   Camille returns to Eversheds Sutherland where she began her career in 2018. Eversheds Sutherland strengthens international offering with double partner hire

Strategic appointments enhance global capabilities across advisory, international arbitration and construction practices Eversheds Sutherland has announced the appointment of two new partners, Ben Peecock and Anne-Marie Lacoste, both joining the firm on Monday 3 November 2026. The hires mark a significant step in the continued expansion of the firm’s international offering, spanning both advisory and disputes work across key sectors and jurisdictions. Ben Peecock joins the firm’s Construction team from DLA Piper, bringing over two decades of experience advising on major civil engineering and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on green energy and nationally significant developments. His practice spans sectors including energy (nuclear and renewables), transport, manufacturing, life sciences, real estate, and finance. Ben is known for his expertise in NEC, FIDIC, IChemE, JCT, and bespoke EPC contracts, and for building and leading high-performing teams. He has delivered clean energy projects across the Nordics, Serbia, and Kenya, and has a robust network across more than 30 jurisdictions. Ben is recognised in Legal 500 2025 as a “Next Generation Partner” and is ranked in Chambers & Partners. Anne-Marie Lacoste joins the firm’s International Arbitration team in Paris – coming from Quinn Emanuel – bringing with her over 15 years of experience in international commercial and investment arbitration. She has advised international groups, public entities, and States in high-stakes disputes, particularly in the energy and construction sectors across Europe and Africa. Anne-Marie has acted as counsel and arbitrator in proceedings under ICC, ICSID, SCC, and UNCITRAL rules, and regularly represents clients in arbitration-related litigation before French courts.
