Main Areas of Practice
Diesel Emissions Claims: KP Law acted on behalf of customers affected by car manufacturers who fitted illegal ‘defeat devices’ into their diesel vehicles. The team includes some of the most skilled litigation lawyers in England and Wales. Towards the end of May 2023, Volkswagen Group settled for £193m in the first Dieselgate settlement in England & Wales.
