Robert Joiner's expertise lies in disputes involving charterparties and bills of lading, which often include arbitration, and he also advises on marine insurance. Associate Emma Binnersley joined the team in March 2018 from Bentleys, Stokes and Lowless in London bringing expertise in a range of dry shipping disputes.
