Bourabiat Associés provides an ‘excellent level of service’ combined with ‘acute expertise, practical advice and good value for money’. The group recently acted for Arab Petroleum Investments on a Sharia-compliant financing for Oil Recovery Services and advised Amimer Energie on the construction of power plants. Managing partner Foued Bourabiat has ‘strong expertise as well as the capacity to work well’ and ‘manages his team with high efficiency’.

CMS assists with the full range of matters related to energy and natural resources, including hydrocarbon and mining law, oil and gas and public sector contracts. Samir Sayah and Amine Sator are the key figures for energy clients seeking advice on investment projects and public tenders.
