Clarion‘s IT practice acts for a wide range of household names, both in the UK and internationally. Members of the team act regularly on both contentious and non-contentious work, with expertise in complementary intellectual property matters; IT infrastructure is another strength of the practice. Team head Matthew Hattersley focuses on data protection and technology contracts, with particular knowledge of matters in the pharma and biotechnology sectors. David Cunningham advises clients in the private and public sector on IT infrastructure and procurement issues. Litigator Dominic Higham is also key to the practice, along with Fiona Marr.
