Wilkin Chapman LLP and Rollits LLP merged in April 2025, creating Wilkin Chapman Rollits, with offices across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Chris Crystal has taken on the role of practice head for Hull and the East Riding, bringing with him over two decades of experience in commercial property. He is supported by Justin Graves, who handles matters across real estate development, investment and asset management, planning and infrastructure issues, and social housing work; and Neil Franklin, who has extensive experience in rural property work, handling farm sales, purchases, and tenancies. The ‘excellent’ Sophie Wheeldon acts for a wide range of clients, from large companies to small unincorporated charities, with a focus on secured lending and corporate support work; and the ’knowledgeable’ Tom Herd has specialist expertise in the sale, purchase, and re-mortgage of houses in multiple occupations. ‘Great communicator’ Ruth Maltby-Sinkler is another key member of the team.

- 'Justin Greaves is easy to communicate with. Explains elements when I'm unsure and provides the rationale behind decisions.'
- 'First class legal team. We were absolutely delighted with the service. Orren Watts (Real Estate) worked very hard to meet our target drawdown date. We received regular updates from him, nothing was too much trouble.'
