Advised Rula Developments Limited on the initial purchase of a site, close to the M1 in Sheffield, from Tinsley Bridge Group, which comprised (i) the acquisition and leaseback of TBG’s 62,000 sq ft factory and headquarters building; (ii) the sale of the factory and headquarters building to investor, Moorfield Group; and (iii) an option over the existing warehouse from TBG.
Advised Henry Boot Developments Limited on its acquisition of a site at Mabgate Leeds and thereafter on rights of light issues and on planning strategy/S106 agreement for the proposed development of the 302 Build-to-Rent apartments with 3,400 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor.
