Successfully represented Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and another in the Employment Appeal Tribunal against an English nationalist whose beliefs were found not capable of protection as a philosophical belief due to anti-Islamic rhetoric which shared features “with an ideology such as Nazism”.
