Advised the client on the first new Further Education campuses to be delivered by WEPCo. The College is making a £100m investment in the future of skills for the Vale of Glamorgan and the wider population of Wales.
Advising the University of York in the procurement structure for its groundbreaking deep geothermal energy project, including advice on the Procurement Act 2023 and the most appropriate forms of contracts.
