Terry Cooper, Beth King-Smith, Claire Pottinger, Julia Stahl, and Emily Sadler are the five joint heads of the HCR Law personal tax, trusts, and probate team. Cooper has a particular focus on tax advice, and brings experience to the team in trust creation and restructuring, alongside lifetime gift planning. King-Smith aids clients across a wide range of matters, and often acts as an independent administrator on estates. Pottinger specialises in tax advice, and acts as a trustee and executor on estates. Stahl takes on a variety of clients, including HNWIs, farmers, and business owners. Sadler is adept at handling estate planning matters, wills, and the administration of estates.
