Irwin Mitchell

The team at Irwin Mitchell handles a wide array of matters, including serious injury, child abuse, asbestos and occupational disease cases. Hilary Wetherell, Tom Fletcher, Alida Coates and Philip Banks lead the practice. Wetherell leads the serious injury team and has a particular focus on complex brain injury, amputation and fatal accident litigation. Fletcher heads the abuse practice and Coates heads the asbestos and occupational disease team. Banks oversees the international personal injury practice, an area in which Jatinder Paul is also an expert.
