Work highlights
Represented an individual in a white collar boxing claim. At the end of the Inquest, the senior coroner made two prevention of future deaths reports, including one to the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport about possible amendments to the statutory guidance to reduce risks around white collar boxing, which is currently unregulated.
Achieved a seven-figure settlement in road traffic accident claim where there was a significant degree of complexity over which insurer was potentially liable due to the multiple policies that were in place.
Achieved an out of Court settlement of £21,350,000 for a road traffic accident involving a client who was a pillion passenger on a motorcycle which collided with a car.
